Adam gently kissed Monte's head before slowly standing, grabbing Monte's hand once he turned back to face the house.

Adam made sure the car was locked before taking monte's hand again and following Sammy.

"Sorry mama..." Lennon mumbled, forgetting Cybele was standing nearby. He wrapped his arms around Sammy's neck and leaned against her.

"Yeah...right." Adam said, rolling his eyes, though on the inside he was terrified, the words 'Adam darling' bringing back memories.
